SMS Messages OVH: professional SMS integration
SMS Messages OVH lets you send and receive SMS from SipLine, with your OVH Telecom SMS account. What SMS Messages OVH does Sends SMS to international mobile numbers Accepts numbers in international form (+33...) or national form: 06 12 34 56 78 becomes +33612345678, using the default country you choose (France unless set otherwise) Receives incoming SMS automatically, with a desktop notification Keeps the history of your conversations on your computer, with unread message badges in the sidebar Lets you choose the OVH SMS account and the sender: only senders validated by OVH are offered, the others are shown with their status Shows the number of characters and SMS before sending Optional advertising mode: OVH then adds the STOP notice, and a tooltip recalls the French rules (no advertising SMS at night from 8 pm to 8 am, on Sundays or on public holidays) Sends an SMS directly from the SipLine contact menu Privacy and security Your SMS history is encrypted on your computer for your Windows account. Your OVH API keys are entered in the SipLine settings and displayed masked. The log never contains your keys or the text of your SMS, and phone numbers are masked in it. A link in the settings helps you create your OVH API keys. SipLine CRM Connector: instant CRM integration
SipLine CRM Connector links SipLine to your CRM: the customer record opens in your browser from the caller's number. What SipLine CRM Connector does Automatic opening of the CRM record on every incoming call (option to turn on in the settings) Manual search of a number from the toolbar or from the CRM Connector tab in the sidebar Context menu on contacts and on the call history to open the CRM record Works with any CRM reachable by a web address: you enter an address template with the {phone} placeholder, replaced by the number Webhooks: sends the call start and call end events (CallStarted and CallEnded) to the address of your choice Settings screen with test buttons Follows the SipLine display language Privacy and security Webhooks are sent over HTTPS only. The CRM address must also use HTTPS, except, as an option, for a CRM installed on your own computer. Every webhook is signed (HMAC-SHA256) with your shared secret, so the receiver can check that it really comes from SipLine. The webhook secret is protected by Windows for your user account and never stored in clear text. Phone numbers are included in webhooks only if you allow it. The caller's name is never sent. Sending to an address on your local network is refused unless you explicitly allow it. The log contains no full address, no phone number and no secret. SipLine DND Scheduler: automatic Do Not Disturb
DND Scheduler turns SipLine's Do Not Disturb mode on and off for you, following a weekly schedule. What DND Scheduler does Weekly schedule, day by day, with up to two availability slots per day Do Not Disturb switched on automatically outside your hours, then off again on time Confirmation requested if you switch Do Not Disturb off outside your hours Manual override: it lasts until your next opening slot, then the schedule takes over again at the following closing time Schedule saved and restored when SipLine restarts Interface available in 20 languages How it works The plugin only switches off the Do Not Disturb mode it switched on itself. A Do Not Disturb you turned on by hand is left alone. Times are entered as HH:mm. An invalid entry is shown in red and never replaces your last valid schedule. SipLine MCP: connect SipLine to your AI assistant
SipLine MCP connects SipLine to the AI assistant on your computer: Claude Desktop, Claude Code or any MCP (Model Context Protocol) client. What your assistant can do Read the line status and manage SIP accounts Place and handle calls Read the call history and contacts Run diagnostics It only does what you allow. You choose its rights in a single consent window, and they are checked at every tool call. Secure by design The server is off by default. It listens on 127.0.0.1 only and requires a random pairing token. SIP passwords are never returned and sensitive values are masked. Every tool call is written to the SipLine log, without argument values. Free SipLine MCP is a free Community plugin. No license is required.
SipLine Recordings: call recording manager
SipLine Recordings adds a Recordings tab to SipLine to find, play, export and delete your call recordings. What SipLine Recordings does Lists the MP3 and WAV files in the SipLine recordings folder, updated when a file is added or removed Shows for each recording the contact, number, call direction, date and duration, taken from the call history Marks a file without a matching call as unlinked Search by contact, number or file name, with the Today, This Week, This Month and All filters Playback inside SipLine, with a Stop button Export of an identical copy of the file, in the same format, to the folder of your choice Opens the recordings folder in Windows Explorer Interface available in 20 languages Privacy and security Your recordings stay on your computer: the plugin never sends audio over the network, neither by email nor by sharing. Deleting a file is permanent and always asks for confirmation. The plugin never changes the SipLine call history. No automatic clean-up: your files stay until you delete them. SipLine Transcription: transcription of recorded calls
SipLine Transcription turns the calls recorded by SipLine into text, on demand. What SipLine Transcription does Three engines to choose from: local Whisper (offline), OpenAI Whisper API or Azure Cognitive Services Speech, with your own key Transcription tab: list of recorded calls, search by name or number, filter by transcribed or not transcribed Transcribe a call from this tab or by right-clicking it in the call history, and cancel it while it runs Listen to each recording with the Play and Stop buttons Result saved as Markdown (with a table of date, contact, duration and engine) or plain text, next to the recording or in the folder of your choice Transcription language chosen from a list, or automatic detection (French by default) Automatic deletion of transcriptions after a configurable number of days (30 by default, 0 to disable) Interface available in 20 languages Local Whisper: everything stays on your computer The audio is transcribed on the computer, without an Internet connection and without sending anything. Built-in model manager: Tiny (77.7 MB), Base (148 MB), Small (488 MB, recommended) and Medium (1.53 GB). Every downloaded model is checked by its size and its SHA-256 hash. Privacy and security Audio is sent to OpenAI or Azure only after your explicit permission in the settings. Their terms and retention rules then apply. A cloud request is never retried automatically, to avoid processing and billing the same call twice. The log contains no audio, no transcribed text and no full path. Recordings are played on the computer, with nothing sent over the network.
