SipLine CRM Connector links SipLine to your CRM: the customer record opens in your browser from the caller's number.

What SipLine CRM Connector does

• Automatic opening of the CRM record on every incoming call (option to turn on in the settings)
• Manual search of a number from the toolbar or from the CRM Connector tab in the sidebar
• Context menu on contacts and on the call history to open the CRM record
• Works with any CRM reachable by a web address: you enter an address template with the {phone} placeholder, replaced by the number
• Webhooks: sends the call start and call end events (CallStarted and CallEnded) to the address of your choice
• Settings screen with test buttons
• Follows the SipLine display language

Privacy and security

• Webhooks are sent over HTTPS only. The CRM address must also use HTTPS, except, as an option, for a CRM installed on your own computer.
• Every webhook is signed (HMAC-SHA256) with your shared secret, so the receiver can check that it really comes from SipLine.
• The webhook secret is protected by Windows for your user account and never stored in clear text.
• Phone numbers are included in webhooks only if you allow it. The caller's name is never sent.
• Sending to an address on your local network is refused unless you explicitly allow it.
• The log contains no full address, no phone number and no secret.

Requirements

• SipLine for Windows, version 1.1 or later
• A CRM with a web interface accessible by URL
• Included during the 30-day trial, then a plugin license is required
